In a special night, where iWrite publications and writer, Mr. Fanos Christoforou, presented the New Book “Power Boats of Famagusta”,
the history of power boats in Cyprus unfolded through the speeches of the writer and of course the Power Boat Driver Legends that were present,
at the Event.
Philippos & Maria Yiapani, as always, provided the perfect spot, to return back to Famagusta and the Era of Power Boats, in Mikri Salamina.

Nikos Marangos, Nikos Savvides (Nikouthkias), Dimitrakis Pierides, Nikos Kakos, Nora Branco and of course the writer Fanos Christoforou
took us to the past and the great days of the 60s & 70s, at the beaches of Famagusta were Power Boat Racing was evolved, making Famagusta
Nautical Club known, around the universe.
President of the Club, Stelios Charalambous thank all people involved to put together this unbelievable book and all the legend drivers that
gave us the opportunity to live through their stories, the great days of power boating in Cyprus and committed to continue the history and
put an effort for another International Power Boat Event, at the Club.
