| email) provided to all Clubs OR through the Federation. | ||
| Entries Fee: | €20 for ALL athletes registered to the Triathlon Federation & participating to | |
| the National Championship as well. €25 for ANY individual that wants to | ||
| compete and is NOT registered to the Triathlon Federation. | ||
| Start of Race: 8:30am | ||
| Description: | The race would start and finish on the beach. There will be 2.500m, running, | |
| 1.000m swimming (four laps between 2 red buoys 500m apart), and another | ||
| distance of running for 2.500m. The area of running will be announced later, | ||
| but it will be around the Famagusta Nautical Club where the swimming will | ||
| take place. Scoring system would be based on starting and finishing time. | ||

| Instructions | As you know the start of rowing and canoeing/kayaking will take place at Limassol Marina. Limassol Marina, hosting the event, has requested that we communicate the below procedure to avoid delays and confusion during the launching of your crafts prior to the start.
You are requested to enter the Marina from the West entrance just in front of the Marina show rooms and ESSO petrol station. Once you enter you will take a right turn and park your car and trailer in the boatyard area of the Marina. Attendants from Limassol Marina will then call one by one the cars to move from the boatyard area to the slipway which is a few meters away. Once the crafts are launched you will either park your car back in the boatyard area or drive to N.O.A. where you can pick up your crafts after the finish. The competitors once their craft is launched should move away from the launching area, to give space for the next craft and move towards the starting area and in front of the Police/Custom building to wait for their class start procedure. |
