Pavlos Kontides 2017 World Champion

The Famagusta Nautical Club congratulates Pavlos Kontides for his great accomplishment in winning the 2017 Laser Standard World Championship, in Split Croatia. The first ever world championship for Pavlos, and by far the best result in Cyprus’ athletics, following the Silver Metal in the Olympics of 2012.
